Personal injures are about more than the law. They are about the effects injuries have on people’s lives. As such, we have real world hands on experience in providing care and treatment to people with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses. We are able to effectively evaluate the medical evidence involved in personal injury cases, the prospects of a full recovery, as well as the long-term physical and financial harm caused by the injuries. Our Alabama injury attorneys have extensive experience preparing civil litigation cases for trial. We recognize that trial preparation is critical to maximizing personal injury settlements. Personal injury cases involve two mutually inclusive components: the law and a medical analysis of injuries. With over twenty years of legal experience, our attorney Ralph Bohanan Jr. is a former certified medical professional, and has the ability to analyze medical records, determine the extent of clients’ injuries, and understand the short and long-term consequences of serious and catastrophic injures caused by car accidents, trucking accidents, defective products, and workplace injuries. Our primary objective is optimizing the financial compensation our clients receive for their injuries. In preparing cases for trial, we regularly work with a variety of experts to provide insight into the cause and severity of our client’s injuries. While we strive to achieve full compensation through settlement, we will aggressively represent our clients’ interests at trial if settlement is not possible. This is why we are firmly committed to the notion that only through thorough trial preparation can we maximize our client’s recovery. All our cases are handled on a contingency, so regardless of how much effort we put into a case, there is no attorney fees if there is no financial recovery. Let us put our skill, experience, and resources to work in your personal injury litigation matter. Address:
