We purchased a samsung frig and have had it repaired three times. It was purchased in oct 2010 and has been professionally serviced by the contractor that lowes hires to do the tech work three times. unfortunately, it is unrepairable. the tech had us contact lowes to get a replacement one, unfortunately, lowes does not want to replace. It is a brand new model, it is still on the market, but they want to give us a less expensive model. Could you please advise on law? Thanks
