David J. Gorberg, Esquire of the lemon law firm of David J. Gorberg & Associates, has been named, for a second year in a row as a 2005 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
In addition to the Super Lawyer award Mr. Gorberg was also honored for a second year in a row as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania in a recent study by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine.
Mr. Gorberg was the only lemon law attorney in Pennsylvania to be included in the Top 100 Lawyer List.
The Top 100 Lawyer List and Super Lawyer List was published in the June 2005 edition of Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine.

In December of 2004, Law & Politics Magazine mailed more then 34,000 ballots to attorneys across Pennsylvania requesting each lawyer to vote for the most effective attorneys they had personally observed in action. Each nominated lawyer was given a score based on the number of votes. The top point getters were then reviewed by a panel of experts to determine the final outcome for the Super Lawyer award. The final list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is made up of less then five percent of all Pennsylvania lawyers.
In addition to the Super Lawyer award, the Magazines also included a Top 100 Lawyer List for Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania. The Top 100 Lawyer list represented the top 100 Pennsylvania and Philadelphia super lawyers who received the most votes. Mr. Gorberg was included in both the Top 100 Philadelphia Super Lawyer List, as well as the Top 100 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer list. Mr. Gorberg was also selected in the 2004 inaugural list.
